WHAT IF...

I HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HORSES

Horse awareness and experience is a plus. You will leverage the experience you have to build a relationship with the members of the herd. The first step in partnering with a horse is establishing a trusting, respectful relationship.

I DON’T HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HORSES

Horse awareness and experience is not required. You will be given the tools you need to build a relationship with the members of the herd. The first step in partnering with a horse is establishing a trusting, respectful relationship.

I DON’T WANT TO TALK ABOUT MY LIFE OR MY PROBLEMS WITH ANYONE

Talking about challenges or problems is not a requirement to healing or wellness.
We know that it is not easy to talk about our Tuff Stuff. When you are at the farm, with the horse(s) you work through your stuff, in partnership with them. The humans facilitate and support but sharing information with them is optional.

WHAT IF...

I GET ANXIOUS SOMETIMES AND HAVE TROUBLE SHAKING THAT FEELING. WOULD I GET ANYTHING OUT OF COMING TO THE FARM

Sometimes nothing is wrong but we get in a funk.  The horses absolutely help us work through our funks.

I HAD A BAD DAY, AND DON’T HAVE THE ENERGY TO WORK WITH THE HORSES

Being on the farm does not mean you have to work with the horses. You can sit with them, observe and be present with them. Just being part of the herd helps our energy change. Any time with the herd, even if you are not doing an activity, turns a bad day into a better day.

I DON’T THINK IT WILL WORK FOR ME

Give it a try and let the horses help you decide. They come with no judgment, and offer a simple, supportive friendship.  This  friendship evolves into a silent, supportive partnership.
